Your promotional discount may have been removed if it was only eligible to new or reactivated customers. Each household and customer can only redeem a new customer promo once within a 13-week period.
This is to ensure our promotions are used fairly and as intended. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions:
“Promo codes specific to first-time orders can only be used by customers who have never bought a My Food Bag, Bargain Box, Fresh Start or Ready Made delivery before. You must not use different email addresses (or different names or contact information) to create different logins with us in order to receive more than one "first-time order" promotion. Any such activity will be a breach of our terms.”
If your account doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, the discount will be removed prior to your delivery locking in, and the standard price for your chosen bag will apply.
