You cannot completely remove your credit card information from your My food Bag account, but you can add alternate credit card details to your account and then remove existing card information. We do require at least one credit card be loaded to your account to be able to process payment for any created subscriptions.
If you would prefer your credit card details to be deleted altogether and your account disabled, please reach out to our Customer Love team and we would be happy to do this for you.
