Our payment cycle occurs automatically each week and payment is taken in advance of your weekend's order. The first payment is attempted early Tuesday morning after your order locks in at Monday midnight. If this payment is not successful, don't stress, we will try your card again daily up until Tuesday the following week. Please note, we will still deliver your box even if the payment fails! 
 
Alternatively, if it suits you better, you can login to your account later on in the week and make a manual payment for the outstanding amount owing. To do this, all you need to do is log in to your account and follow the big red box which should appear up the top.
