When a refund is processed by us, it will leave our account by the end of the day. After this, the time it takes to appear in your bank account is subject to your bank's refund time frames. This usually takes 3 to 7 working days for most banks.
Sometimes we may credit your My Food Bag account rather than refund, and these credits show immediately within the Manage Account tab, near the top of the page. This credit will sit on your account for up to 12 months and automatically lower the cost of your next unpaid delivery.
