When a refund is processed by us, it will leave our account by the end of the day. After this, the time it takes to appear in your account is subject to your bank's refund time frames. This should arrive back into your account in 3-5 working days.
Sometimes we may credit your account rather than refund, and these credits show immediately within the Manage Account tab, near the top of the page. This credit will sit on your account for up to 12 months and automatically lower the cost of your next unpaid delivery.
