If you’re expecting a credit to your account, our Customer Love team will add a credit to your My Food Bag account that will reflect in your next payment processing cycle and deduct from the amount next charged.
If we’ve processed a refund back to your credit card, it can take up to 5 working days to be reflected in your statement, depending on your bank.
If after 5 working days, you’re still not seeing the funds reflected in your credit card statement, please don’t hesitate to check in with us, or contact your nominated bank for an update.
