When a refund is processed by us, it will leave our account by the end of the day. After this, the time it takes to appear in your account is subject to your bank's refund time frames. This can range from 2-10 working days, so if you're noticing a delay we recommend contacting your bank for an update.
Sometimes we may credit your account rather than refund, and these credits show immediately in your account balance. This credit will sit on your account and automatically lower the cost of the your next unpaid delivery.
