If you want to receive deliveries on a different frequency, you'll have to cancel your current one and restart.
When you restart your subscription, you'll be able to choose a weekly/fortnightly delivery frequency. You can restart your subscription on the 'deliveries' tab of your account once you're logged in. You can also start a subscription through our website here: https://www.myfoodbag.co.nz/
You can cancel your subscription following the steps below:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select 'Customise'
3. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ to cancel your current subscription. (This has been highlighted in the screenshot below for reference. Please note, this will not be highlighted in your account)
4. Click 'Continue Cancellation'.
5. Next, let us know why you are cancelling and if you have any further feedback. Then click 'Continue Cancellation'.
6. 'Are you sure promo' will pop up if this doesn't suit you click 'Continue to Cancel'.
7. Your cancellation will be complete once you have been returned to your Customise tab and the pop up below states "You have successfully cancelled your subscription."
You will know your cancellation is successful when you receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Our cut-off date for cancelling or skipping your next week’s meals is midnight on Monday. After this time our chefs go straight to work procuring the ingredients and preparing your delicious meals.
