To change your address, you can log in to your account online here.
1. Select the ‘Manage Account’ tab
2. Select ‘Personal Details’
3. Select the green ‘Edit’ button
4. Update your address and select 'save'
5. Click back to Deliveries to check the change has applied.
All address changes must be completed before Wednesday at 7 p.m. in order to apply to an upcoming/locked order. Any changes after this point will take effect for all following orders.
Remember: Addresses can only be changed within the North Island or within the South Island as all our produce is sourced locally!
Sending your bag to a different part of the country?
Once your order has locked in we can only change delivery addresses to somewhere else in your general region of the country. These general regions are North Island and the South Island. If you're looking to move your bag to a different part of the country, pop us a call on 0800 469 366 and we can lend a hand.
