To change your address, you can log in to your account online here.
All address changes must be completed before Wednesday at 10 p.m. in order to apply to an upcoming/locked order. Any changes after this point will take effect for all following orders.
Sending your bag to a different part of the country?
Once your order has locked in we can only change delivery addresses to somewhere else in your general region of the country. These general regions are the Upper North Island, Lower North Island, Wellington and the South Island.
