Cancelling your subscription is easy. Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select ‘'Customise'
3. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ to cancel your current subscription.
4. We’ll ask you a question to understand why you want to cancel your subscription. Click on 'Continue to cancellation'.
5. To complete the cancellation process, give us some feedback and then click on 'Cancel my subscription'.
You will know your cancellation is successful when you receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Our cut-off date for cancelling or skipping your next week’s meals is midnight on Monday. After this time our chefs go straight to work procuring the ingredients and preparing your delicious meals.
Once you are ready for deliveries again, it is super simple to restart from Account again!
