Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations or Skips after 11:59pm Monday, the week of the relevant Delivery Date
In order to create your food bag each week our team starts sourcing immediately after orders lock at Monday midnight. Once the ingredients for your bag have started to be sourced, we are unable to accept cancellations after this point.
Refund Policy
There are certain situations where refunds or credits may be granted (if applicable)
- Incorrect products delivered
- Damaged or missing products
- Poor quality or missing ingredients
- Delivery errors out of the customer’s control
Please note that refunds or credits will not be processed for accidental orders or change of mind.
Any credit applied to your account will be valid for up to 12 calendar months, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
We process all refunds immediately. Depending on your bank’s processes, it can take as little as a few hours or up to 10 business days for a refund to appear back in your account.
Any refunds or credits are subject to our T&Cs.
Address Policy
Your delivery information will be confirmed at point of order. Any redirect (change of address) of your order must be made by Tuesday 7pm in your account.
Please note, redirections can only be made within your general region after the 11:59pm Monday cut-off.
My Food Bag always aims to deliver within your specified window, but may from time to time be delayed and shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis.
