For orders that have locked after Monday midnight:
If it is past our Monday midnight deadline and you are wanting to change the delivery address for your upcoming locked order as a one-off change, you can do so by clicking on "My delivery" and following the prompts. You cannot change the delivery details after Tuesday 7pm.
Once your order has locked in you can only change delivery addresses to within our delivery network in the same Island as all our produce is sourced locally.
If using the mobile app:
1. Select the ‘Deliveries’ tab
3. Select the green ‘Edit Delivery’ button
4.Select ‘Edit’
5. Update your address and select ‘Update delivery details’
Please note that this will only update the delivery address for the upcoming locked and will not update the address permanently. Please see below for steps on how to update your address permanently.
To change your address permanently for future deliveries, you can log in to your account online here.
1. Select the ‘Account’ tab
2. Select ‘Subscriptions‘
3. Select the green ‘Edit Subscription’ button
4.Select ‘Continue’
5. Update your address and select ‘Update Subscription’
All address changes under "Subscriptions" must be completed before Monday midnight in order to apply to an upcoming order. Any changes here after this point will take effect for all following orders.
Sending your bag to a different part of the country?
If your order is placed before Monday midnight, you can send your delivery anywhere in New Zealand that is a part of our delivery network. Once your order has locked in you can only change delivery addresses to an address in our delivery network within the same Island as all our produce is sourced locally.

You have the power to tailor your individual deliveries according to your life's schedule. Whether it's changing delivery days or updating your delivery address for a single delivery (for example if you're heading away for the weekend), we've got you covered! Follow these simple steps to make your deliveries work seamlessly with your lifestyle.
- Log in and head to 'My Delivery.' Select the delivery date you want to edit.
- Click 'Edit' to make changes.
- Within the edit menu, update your delivery address or time slot as needed.
- Click 'Update Details' to confirm your customised delivery plan.
Please note the change will only affect one specific delivery, not all of them. It's like adjusting one ingredient in a recipe without altering the entire dish.
