The clearer we're able to be with our drivers, the better we're able to make your deliveries as smooth as possible. Most drivers will deliver to your front door, but you may also request something else if required.
1. Select the ‘Account’ tab
2. Select ‘Personal Details’
3. Select the green ‘Edit’ button
4. Update your Delivery Instructions and select 'save'
All changes under "Personal Details" must be completed before Monday midnight in order to apply to an upcoming order. Any changes here after this point will take effect for all following orders.
Delivery instruction tips:
- Keep your instructions as concise and simple as possible.
- Imagine that you've never been to your property before. Are there any landmarks or visual cues to help the driver locate something, e.g. follow white brick wall on left to reach our side gate.
- Ensure the driver has all available information to enter your property, such as a gate code or explaining which set of stairs to take.
Our drivers will not follow instructions that request the box to be left inside your home or enter properties where dogs are not tied up, so consider if there's an alternative spot to leave your delivery.
