Want to Skip a delivery? No problem! We don’t do contracts, penalties or minimum orders. Just remember that our cut-off date for skipping your next week’s Food Bag is midnight on Monday. After this time we’re unable to process cancellations due to locking in food orders with our suppliers.
To skip or stop your Food Bags login to your account online here. Under ‘Deliveries’, you’ll see your upcoming delivery days listed. On the right, you’ll see a button saying ‘Skip Delivery’, by selecting this button you will skip that week’s delivery. Select these buttons on each of the weeks you would like to skip. You can skip up to 3 months of deliveries from your account by selecting the delivery calendar at the bottom of that page.
If you’d like to skip every second week, we’d recommend changing your subscription to a fortnightly delivery. You can do this by selecting ‘Manage Account’, then ‘Subscriptions’ on the left of that page. Here you can edit your current subscription, select the ‘Edit Subscription’ option and scroll to ‘Frequency’. Here you can select weekly or fortnightly deliveries.
If you'd like to skip your subscription indefinitely, we recommend you cancel your subscription to avoid unexpected deliveries. You can do this by selecting ‘Manage Account’, then ‘Subscriptions’ on the left of that page. Here you can select ‘Cancel’ to cancel your current subscription. We’ll show you some mouthwatering options to feast your eyes on that may suit your needs a little more, but you can scroll past and click the pink ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
Once you are ready for deliveries again, it is easy to restart simply re-subscribe to My Food Bag by selecting the Bag you’re looking for here. We hope you’ll come back and try us again soon!
