To change your delivery time slot for all future deliveries, follow the steps below:
- Select the ‘Customise’ tab
- Select the ‘Edit’ button next to delivery time or delivery address.
- Here you will be able to update your delivery address, instructions, time slot, and delivery frequency
- Review all details and make sure it is correct.
- Click Update Subscription'
- Easy as that!
If you don’t see alternate options presented here, it means we currently don’t have another delivery window for you to choose at the moment.
For orders that have locked after Monday midnight:
If it is past our Monday midnight deadline and you are wanting to change the delivery address and/or timeslot for your upcoming locked order as a one-off change, you can do so by clicking on the 'Deliveries' tab and 'Edit Delivery' and following the prompts. You cannot change the delivery details after Tuesday 7pm.
Once your order has locked in you can only change delivery addresses to within our delivery network in the same Island as all our produce is sourced locally.
Please note that this will only update the delivery address and/or timeslot for the upcoming locked and not permanently.
Changing your delivery address in advance for just one particular week?
You have the power to tailor your individual deliveries according to your life's schedule. Whether it's changing delivery days or updating your delivery address for a single delivery (for example if you're heading away for the weekend), we've got you covered! Follow these simple steps to make your deliveries work seamlessly with your lifestyle.
- Log in and head to the 'Deliveries' tab. Scroll to the delivery date you want to edit and click 'Edit Delivery/Edit' to make changes.
- Within the edit menu, update your delivery address or time slot as needed.
- Click 'Update delivery details' to confirm your customised delivery plan.
Please note the change will only affect one specific delivery, not all of them. It's like adjusting one ingredient in a recipe without altering the entire dish.
Delivery instruction tips:
- Keep your instructions as concise and simple as possible.
- Imagine that you've never been to your property before. Are there any landmarks or visual cues to help the driver locate something, e.g. follow white brick wall on left to reach our side gate.
- Ensure the driver has all available information to enter your property, such as a gate code or explaining which set of stairs to take.
Our drivers will not follow instructions that request the box to be left inside your home or enter properties where dogs are not tied up, so consider if there's an alternative spot to leave your delivery.
