To reset your password:
- Visit our login screen and click the green 'Forgot password?' link.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account click 'Continue'.
Don't close this window - you'll enter the reset token here. - We’ll send an email to the address supplied with an 8-digit reset token, which you can enter into the password reset screen that's still open.
Please allow a couple of minutes for the email to arrive, and check your junk/spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox. - Enter the 8-digit reset token.
- Choose a new password, and press the green 'Change Password' button.
Success! You can now use your new password to log in.
