We require a credit card when setting up an account, even if payment will be covered by a voucher. We also ask for this to ensure any difference in cost is covered as the voucher value may not cover the exact dollar value of the bag chosen.
So long as your voucher has been uploaded before your delivery is ordered, we will not charge your card.
Rest assured that your card details are all stored securely and are saved in our system should you decide to continue your subscription. The $1 charge you see an authorisation hold to validate the card and it's reimbursed immediately.
We are a subscription based service, but if you would like to redeem your voucher and set up your order as a one-off, ensure that you cancel your ongoing subscription before the next order locks in at 11.59pm on Monday. You can always get in touch with us to help with this.
