To add a new card or remove an old one, login here.
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Select ‘Payment Details’
- In ‘My Wallet’ you'll see your current payment information
- Select 'Add a new credit card' and enter the card information
- Click 'Save'
Once loaded, this card will be used for all future payments. You can remove the older card by selecting the cross on the right-hand side.
If you're adding a new credit card, you may notice a $1 charge or 'pending' transaction in your statement This is an authorisation hold, used to verify your account and help protect against credit card fraud. This is a temporary hold and will be refunded, but may show as ‘pending’ for a few days until released by your bank.
