Our service is subscription based which means that you’re signing up to receive reoccurring deliveries on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We know that things can change, so we offer the ability to skip deliveries or cancel future deliveries.

To skip or stop your Food Bags login to your account online here. Under ‘Deliveries’, you’ll see your upcoming delivery days listed. On the right, you’ll see a button saying ‘Skip Delivery’, by selecting this button you will skip that week’s delivery. Select these buttons on each of the weeks you would like to skip. You can skip up to 3 months of deliveries from your account by selecting the delivery calendar at the bottom of that page.
