To change your delivery time slot for all future deliveries, follow the steps below:
- Login to your account at account.myfoodbag.co.nz
- Click Account on the top bar.
- Click Edit Subscription
- Browse and select the bag you are after, select the amount of nights and choose how many people you are wanting to feed!
- Click Continue
- Review/Change your address, delivery time and delivery frequency
- Click Update Subscription
- Easy as that!
If you don’t see alternate options presented here, it means we currently don’t have another delivery window for you to choose at the moment.
For orders that have locked after Monday midnight:
If it is past our Monday midnight deadline and you are wanting to change the delivery address and/or timeslot for your upcoming locked order as a one-off change, you can do so by clicking on "Edit delivery" and following the prompts. You cannot change the delivery details after Tuesday 7pm.
Once your order has locked in you can only change delivery addresses to within our delivery network in the same Island as all our produce is sourced locally.
Please note that this will only update the delivery address and/or timeslot for the upcoming locked and not permanently.
