Swap to Suit is a personalised service that enables you to swap meals to suit your family's tastes and preferences. Swap to suit is currently only available for My Classic 5, My Classic for two (four night) and My Family Bag. This means you can exclude certain proteins and swap up to 2 meals per week.
As it is an upgrade to your subscription there is an additional $5 charge on each delivery. The charge is applied each week to ensure that we can deliver this level of personalisation and the complexities involved in it.
The great thing about Swap to Suit is it gives you the option to swap up to two recipes per week and 'set and forget' your protein preferences. If you have opted in to Swap to Suit you will have the ability to see your recipes almost two weeks in advance of delivery. You can pick what recipes suit your needs for that week. Whether you are looking for a faster cook time or just simply like the look of a specific recipe, we encourage our foodies to swap each week. Alternatively, if you were wanting to avoid a specific protein you can tick the ‘Protein’ option and we will automatically swap it out for you.
You can opt out of Swap to Suit at anytime by popping into your account and edit your subscription. Be sure to make any changes before Monday midnight for the following week's deliveries. To enable Swap to Suit, simply log into your account here, click on the ‘Manage account’ tab. Under the section stating your subscription, you’ll see the ability to add Swap to Suit to your order.
You can choose to omit White Fish, Salmon, Vegetarian and “Pork Primal” from your deliveries. Pork primal includes 100% pork cuts like pork rump and pork mince, but you may still receive sausages and grinds that contain pork and you may also receive bacon.
We have tried to offer the greatest amount of flexibility possible, and the proteins we have chosen are based on customer feedback and recipe ratings that have helped us understand which proteins are the least and most popular. We’ll make every effort to exclude the proteins you select, however, from time to time, we may supply excluded proteins as a result of product quality or stock availability.
