Absolutely! If you need to advise your driver where they should go to deliver your delicious Food Bag items, we encourage you to leave clear instructions for them to follow.
For example, you could request your Food Bag be placed at the rear of your property, or advise the driver to enter the property through a gate.
There are some instances where a driver may feel they are invading your privacy and in such instances, they may not be able to deliver to where you are requesting.
Please ensure your requests are safe and easy for your driver to access.
To change your delivery address, login to your account online here. Select the ‘Manage Account’ tab, then ‘Personal Details’ on the left of that page. Select the green ‘Edit’ button and you’ll then be able to edit your delivery instructions.
Once you’ve updated this, remember to press ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page!
